Eye Exams
Dr. Mayer participates in select vision insurance plans.  For insurance plans in which she does not participate, she will gladly fill out and submit the necessary forms to your insurance provider for reimbursement.  Dr. Mayer participates in the following insurances:
NVA, Aetna, Eye Med, and Medicare
Eyeglasses and Contact Lenses
We do not participate in any vision insurance plans for eyeglasses.  Participating in vision insurance plans falsifies and inflates prices, it's that simple.  We are confident that the prices we set for the quality of product we use are fair and competitive.  We will gladly fill out and submit the necessary forms to your insurance provider for reimbursement.  

Dr. Mayer does not participate in insurance plans for contact lenses, but will also fill out and submit forms for you.
