Eye Exams
Our independent optometrists participate in select vision insurance plans. For insurance plans in which our optometrists do not participate, they will gladly fill out and submit the necessary forms to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Our optometrists participate in the following insurances:

Aetna, Avesis, Eye Med, Medicare, NVA and United Healthcare
Dr. Mayer
Medicare and NVA
Eyeglasses and Contact Lenses
We do not participate in any vision insurance plans for eyeglasses. Participating in vision insurance plans falsifies and inflates prices, itŐs that simple. We are confident that the prices we set for the quality of product we use are fair and competitive. We will gladly fill out and submit the necessary forms to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Our optometrists do no participate in insurance plans for contact lenses, but will also fill out and submit forms for you.
